Save the Children’s LIFELINE helps children struggling for their very survival.
Many of these children are trapped in violent conflict zones or in the aftermath of disasters, and have been left homeless. They bear the brunt of these situations, have fled their homes and are threatened by disease and malnutrition. Many are exploited, trafficked and abused.
Your gift to LIFELINE helps lift a child out of harm’s way.
Being a LIFELINE supporter means you are helping children survive, protecting them from harm, empowering them to know their rights, and setting them up for lasting success.
Each month, your gift along with gifts from other generous donors, is used where it is urgently needed. Your gift provides:
- Life-saving medical care
- Clean water and nutritious food
- Safe shelter and protection
You also help provide a sense of normalcy and security through our Child-Friendly Spaces, where vulnerable children have the freedom to laugh and play.

Akur and her sister Tabitha, outside their hut in a camp for Internally Displaced People, South Sudan.
Thousands of children and families have fled their homes and are at severe risk due to armed conflicts in South Sudan and rampant disease, like cholera.
Save the Children’s LIFELINE donations help build camps for these displaced children and their families. We provide safe shelters and access to medical care, clean water and nutritious food.
